Anyway, the 2nd day, woke up early for a nice morning walk...and had breakfast. The girls were too tired and were still sleeping. Second snorkelling trip was in the morning..On all island trips, snorkelling was the only thing I got confident to do..got life jacket mar... ( sigh..i got to learn up swimming...) I got up early to take pics of flowers. It rained the night before.

Easier than uploading one by one.. :P Anyway, we had a really relaxing holiday coz after the snorkelling session in the morning, we were idle in the afternoon. Ended up playing congkak in NY's room. Later in the evening, we attempted to fly a kite along the beach. Hmm...it was not a really good spot for kite flying i must say and kite also a bit cacated dy...can't really fly high. But nevertheless..it was a fun experience...everyone watching us as we tried and tried to bring the kite up.
At night we had our dinner session...normal spread of buffet. no more grilled seafood, wondering whether it's because it's a sunday and lesser ppl are expected to eat. We then adjourned to our rooms..think we had the sparkling wine I brought over. Think I was too tired, drank a bit and felt dizzy and slept off. :P
Again the next morning I was the earliest to rise...Was up in time to send off the group of 30 that was there with us. Then we had our breakfast..lepak a while more..got on the boat back to shore. The most MEMORABLE part of the trip has arrived. NY and me was looking over our tickets back to KL, and we thought..yea...5.55pm. So in our heads, we were thinking...flight boarding time should be at 5pm. And so we took our own sweet time with our lunch..which is very yummy thai food! Then we went batik shopping..Grace bought a lovely set..wonder if she's worn it. Then we went to the airport at 4.55pm...damn proud, thinking we'll check in and lepak...SIGH...biggest shock came when we saw "GATE CLOSED"... we went like "F***!" then check again...to our horror!! 5.55pm was the flight arriving KL time. Journey takes about an hour...so our flight was boarding at 5pm!!!! So I will forever remember that one time where we missed our flight! Haha....but there's no one to blame for it..guess we kinda took things for granted coz we're travelling in a group. Usually when travel alone, we are more careful on the dates, times.. So this serves us a lesson la. We got to get a ticket after that...a few hours later. So in the meantime..thank goodness i brought cards, so we spent time "chor dai dee" in KFC. :p
Getting the later flight back was also rewarding coz the plane flew over KL...can you imagine how beautiful KL is frm the sky...especially after the rain. The twin towers...KL tower...Putrajaya...one word: MAGNIFICIENT! too bad no pics from me...too mesmerised at the moment to take out my camera to shoot it.
